Examples
- Are there not enough assets staked to keep the system secure? Entice staking by increasing energy generation on Reactors
- Is there too much Energy being generated in the system compared to load? Decrease Energy generation on Reactors and increase on Power Plants. Also increase the refining difficulty of Ore to Alpha.
- Is there not enough Energy being produced? Decrease the time it takes for Refining, possibly increase the amount available for extraction too.
